ABOUT BILL ABBATE

Bill Abbate is a founding partner of Cornerstone Team Development. A highly experienced executive in the manufacturing industry, Bill has led teams in such diverse areas as operations, sales, marketing and product development. His ability to relate to the real-world business problems facing leaders and their teams makes him a valuable coach and consultant to his clients.

Bill’s background includes C-level executive experience in startups, turnarounds, and established companies, with more than 20 years of general management experience. He formed his own consulting firm providing business advisory, training, and technology assistance and has led the marketing and product development functions of a start-up in the manufacturing industry.

Bill is especially effective working with executive leadership teams and entrepreneurs. He helps leaders generate true alignment on the vision and specific outcomes the organization is pursuing and then to create clear accountability. His clients learn how to build greater trust among their team and how to effectively address underlying tensions and motivations of individual team members. Bill is very direct and results oriented and has earned the reputation of being creative, practical and highly effective.
